With more than 15 years experience in the funeral service industry, we have dealt with countless families through all stages of grief.  Whether acting as the shoulder to cry on, a person to vent to, the information source or numerous other roles,  caring for those who were grieving had always been our primary role.  After personally experiencing the sudden death of a pet, it was our turn to grieve.  We received wonderful help from the staff of the veterinarian clinic, but was shocked at how the death care industry for pets operated.  The cremation was simply treated as a means to an end, and in no way did it feel as if we were “served” by those who handled our pet once it left the clinic.  We knew there had to be a better way to provide this vital service to pet owners, especially those who want the very best for their beloved friends after their time together has ended.  Simply put, we wanted to create a dignified service, showing the compassion and respect to both pets and their owners.

With this in mind, we have created a both a service and facility we know you will be comfortable in and proud of.  In fact, we have an open door policy for all families to come and tour our facility. We offer a grieving room for owners to spend a final few moments in prior to the cremation, and even witness the process take place if they desire. We want every owner, regardless of the services they select, to know that their beloved pet was cared for with the up most professionalism and integrity.  This confidence will give you the peace of mind knowing your pet is truly being cared for with the dignity they deserve.
